Techalloy Welding Products and Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. are pleased to announced that Techalloy has recently been acquired by Lincoln Electric. The company will operate as a business unit within Lincoln Electric.

It is planned that Techalloy will become an important asset in growing Lincoln electric's share of the nickel alloy and stainless steel consumables market. The combination of Techalloy with Lincoln Electric will allow the company to offer complete welding solutions to the market.
